Returns & Exchanges


At Layaal Abaya Studio, your satisfaction is our priority.


We accept exchanges only within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Please note that we do not offer refunds.


To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Inner abayas or innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Exchange Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to send the item back to us
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs to receive the replacement item
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement at no cost to you, including free shipping both ways.
