Every piece from Layaal is made to order with care and intention. We stand behind the quality of our work — and if something isn't right, we will make it right.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

Because every abaya is crafted specifically for you upon ordering, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order, or reach out to us if you need guidance.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@layaalabaya.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue (including packaging if relevant)
• A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

• A replacement item (subject to availability)
• Store credit
• A refund to your original payment method (where a replacement is not possible)

3. Return Conditions

If a return is approved, the following conditions must be met:

• Item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Original tags and packaging (where applicable) are intact
• Item is returned within the timeframe confirmed to you by email
• Return shipping costs for approved defective items will be covered by Layaal

4. Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to process returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Incorrect size selection
• Minor color variations due to screen settings or photography lighting
• Issues reported outside the 48-hour window after delivery

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically between 5–10 business days.
