Shipping Policy – Layaal Abaya Studio

At Layaal, every abaya is made to order with care and precision. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.

1. Production Time

All orders require 7–10 business days for production before dispatch. Production begins once your order has been confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Shipping Within the UAE

Once dispatched, delivery within the UAE typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has shipped.

Free shipping is available on all UAE orders above AED 100. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected destinations. Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. Estimates will be provided at checkout where available.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

4. Lost or Undelivered Orders

In the rare event that your order is lost or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@layaalabaya.com or via WhatsApp. We will investigate with the courier and, where confirmed lost, resend your order at no additional cost.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. Layaal FZE LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of order.

6. Delays

While we always aim to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed should any delay affect your order.

7. Peak & Holiday Periods

During peak seasons — including Ramadan, Eid, and major promotional periods — production and delivery timelines may be slightly extended due to increased order volume. We always aim to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship that defines Layaal.
