Welcome to Layaal. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. We've written these to be clear and fair — please take a moment to read them.

1. General Information

This website is operated by Layaal FZE LLC, trading as Layaal Abaya Studio, registered under trade license number CWS-1V-223863 in the United Arab Emirates. Throughout this page, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Layaal Abaya Studio.

2. Products & Made-to-Order Production

Every abaya in our collection is made to order — crafted specifically for you after your purchase. This allows us to maintain the quality and attention to detail that defines Layaal. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Each abaya includes a matching sheila unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We take care to represent our products accurately through photography and descriptions. However, minor variations in color may occur due to lighting conditions and individual screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and trusted payment providers. We do not store your credit or debit card details at any point.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that this confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order — it does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Pricing errors due to technical issues
• Unavailability of materials required for production

As each piece is made to order, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun or materials have been allocated to your order. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@layaalabaya.com or via WhatsApp.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched after the 7–10 business day production period. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location and the courier service used. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout, or for courier-related delays outside of our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined therein. In summary, we do not accept returns for change of mind, but we will always resolve issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including brand identity, product designs, photography, copy, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Layaal FZE LLC. Nothing on this site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Layaal FZE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
