Returns & Exchanges
At Layaal Abaya Studio, your satisfaction is our priority.
We accept exchanges only within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
Items Not Eligible for Exchange:
- Sale or promotional items
- Inner abayas or innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items without original tags or packaging
Exchange Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to send the item back to us
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs to receive the replacement item
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement at no cost to you, including free shipping both ways.

How long does it take to process an order?
Every abaya is made to order, so please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the UAE. Once your order is on its way, we'll be in touch with delivery updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Delivery timelines vary depending on your country and customs processing. Estimates are provided at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees applicable in their country. All UAE orders include free shipping.
