UAE Shipping:
We offer free shipping across the UAE on all orders.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and are provided by our trusted shipping partners.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing: 7–10 business days (all abayas are made to order)
- UAE Delivery: 1–2 business days after processing
- International Delivery: 5–14 business days after processing (depending on destination)
Returns & Exchanges
At Layaal Abaya Studio, your satisfaction is our priority.
We accept exchanges only within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
Items Not Eligible for Exchange:
- Sale or promotional items
- Inner abayas or innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items without original tags or packaging
Exchange Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to send the item back to us
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs to receive the replacement item
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement at no cost to you, including free shipping both ways.

- Your order number
- The item you wish to exchange
- Your preferred replacement size or style
We aim to respond to all exchange requests within 24 hours.
